I just finished my last assignment for my management course at the DAM. I still didn’t send the one I did before because one of the questions I just cannot answer and sent a mail to the tutor, but there are not much points so it cannot be a big deal to write that down, when I have the info I need.

Then only the thesis is still left. Does

Improvement of customer satisfaction by increasing the amount of first call resolutions and better ticket handling through knowledge transfer, employee motivation and communication despite cultural differences.

somehow sound like a suitable title for a thesis. It is still the working title though. I may leave out the “despite cultural differences” part, but it is actually one of the core issues, because it is about an international project. Hm. I didn’t hand it in yet for verification and approval, though.

I am also still waiting for the grading of my assignments 8, 9 and 10. 11 is still here and 12 I just sent.
